✦ Anything offensivePayment and Holding slots:✦ Payment must be the full amount up front. I do this for my own safety.✦ I do not hold slots for people before they’ve paid. My policy is first come first served.Time Period:✦ I usually have commissions completed within a 2 weeks of purchase depending on how busy I am and how detailed the commission is. If you still haven’t gotten your commission from me after four months, a refund will be issued.Commissions that require extra payments:✦ Commissions with extra characters: Multiply the original price by the amount of characters in the piece. I might issue a small discount.✦ Commissions with heavily detailed characters: Depending on the characters’ details, I will ask for more payment from you to compensate for the extra work. This will be determined through our consultation when you give me your characters’ reference(s) and what type of commission you’d like to buy.References:✦ References need to be clear, finished, and consistent. I will not work with an unfinished design and I will not add on to a design either. I will only draw what I see in the reference and nothing more. (I am lenient with this term, simply ask and I will try to accommodate.)✦ Please make sure that the reference you have is digitally drawn and colored. Traditional references are inaccurate color wise and I can’t get a good read on what colors to use. It’s a gateway to confusion and delays in your commission. The only exception to this rule is for people who are ordering sketches, or lineart.Revising a commission:✦ My policy is that once the image is sketched and you’ve confirmed you like the sketch, I will not revise or change the pose anymore after that (without additional payment). I will send you a sketch before I move on to the line art and coloring. I will not continue on with the commission until I’ve been given your approval on the sketch.Refunds:✦ The only instance I will issue a refund is if I am unable to complete your commission by the set deadline, in which case I will communicate this with you. Since I do not proceed with the commission until the sketch has been approved, you are giving your 'okay' on the image itself. When the commission is finished, I have done the work, and the labor must be paid for.My rights:✦ As a self employed artist, I do have the right to refuse service to anyone, no matter the reason. Whether it be that I’m not comfortable with you as a person, or that we don’t work well together, or because your character is too detailed for me to work with, I ask that you respect my decision to decline service.✦ Customer does not hold the right to use the product or my art in any AI related or blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.AdoptsBiddingWHEN OFFERING ON A CHARACTER:✦ Do not ghost me when you make an offer on a character. You will be blacklisted.✦ No hatred, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.✦ Any characters up for sale on ToyHouse will say “UFS”.Flat sale:✦ Flat sale characters are first come first serve.✦ Prices on flat sale characters can not be negotiated unless stated otherwise.After purchase:✦ Please credit me for the design, at least the first time you post it on a platform.✦ You can change anything you want about the character’s design.
